Forgotten Username & Pass – What to Do?

If you completely forgot your username and pass that should be typed to get access to the router, you have the only way to change this situation successfully. You should reset the device for ordinary (factory) settings. Each new modem has these settings. Every kind of modems / routers has a small reset button, which is hidden in the hole placed on your device. When the device working, hold this button with a thin and sharp item (like needle) for approximately 15 sec.

After this, a hard reset will occur. In the process, your connection may can be interrupted, since your classic settings in 192.168.l.l panel will also be reset.
